Melinda Plachy

My professional journey started at a company that provided premium relocation services to international executives and foreign employees moving to Hungary. I loved navigating complexity, learning cultural nuances, and building real trust across borders. That curiosity has stayed with me — and defined my path.
Since then, I’ve worked as a project manager and managing director at a real estate investment firm, and later immersed myself in the world of startups. I worked both as a consultant and as a founder — and supported multiple ventures through product development and early-stage funding. I’ve also helped other startups grow as an external advisor, focusing on brand strategy and go-to-market positioning.

I studied at the Media Department of ELTE in Budapest, where I now also teach branding and assertive communication. I’m passionate about bridging theory and practice — offering people practical, accessible tools for personal and professional growth.

Today, I run my own consultant company, advising small and medium-sized businesses in brand development and leadership transformation. During my consulting work, I felt that I wanted to deal with personal and organizational problems in a much deeper way, and that's how coaching found me. I’ve completed a wide range of professional trainings, including foundational and advanced coaching, business coaching, team and group coaching, and PCM (Process Communication Model) certification. I now focus on team coaching, facilitation, and leadership development programs — including PCM trainings, which I deliver with both insight and passion.

I’ve always had a deep interest in new technologies and I enjoy integrating them into my work. I help leaders and teams navigate change — not just to adapt, but to find value and motivation within it. At Zynio, I use this lens to support leaders in navigating uncertainty, building resilient cultures, and creating brands people believe in.

For me, work needs to create real value — something I believe in, something that helps people grow, something that makes the world a little better. That’s why I keep learning, evolving, and pushing my own boundaries.
